Attorney Erek P. Sittig
Erek P. Sittig received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University in 2000, and his J.D. (with distinction) from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2005. He has been admitted to practice in the Courts of Iowa since 2005, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa since 2008.
He is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, and Iowa Municipal Attorneys Association. Erek is a member of the Agricultural Law, Commercial & Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate & Title Law, and Probate, Trust, & Estate Planning Sections, and the Professionalism Committee of the Iowa State Bar Association.
